Istanbul Technical University (ITU) will be coordinating project titled “Advanced Sea Water Electrolysis Technologies for Production of Green Hydrogen (SeaWHY)” approved by the European Commission, Southeast Asia-Europe Joint Funding Scheme for Research and Innovation (JFS).

SeaWHY project will be coordinated by Assoc. Prof. M. Suha Yazıcı from ITU Energy Institute with partners from Bulgaria (Institute of Electrochemistry and Energy Systems - Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IEES-BAS) and Brunei (Centre for Advanced Material and Energy Science, University Brunei Darussalam).

ITU team will include researchers from ITU Chemical Engineering, ITU Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and Eskişehir Technical University Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments.
