Several workshops on nuclear energy and radiation science have been held twice a year at the Energy Institute with contribution of Russian Federation National Nuclear Research University (MEPhI) since 2019. The 7th workshop was held with the topic of VVER technologies in February, a nuclear reactor type that is being built in Akkuyu Turkey, and academics and students from various universities from both Russia and Turkey were participated.
In addition, master and PhD students of our Institute will be able to benefit from the Erasmus+ K-107 program in the field of radiation and nuclear engineering through the partnership between ITU, MEPhI, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and Kurchatov Institute in Russia.
