Prof. Dr. Tuba Okutucu Özyurt and her team will develop a battery thermal and electrical management system (BMS) prototype at a modular level to be used in the batteries of electric buses throughout the sub-project "Thermal and Electrical Management of Electric Vehicle Battery Modules".

The design and optimization of the battery cooling system will be made using electrochemistry-heat-flow multi-physics software components, and it will be produced.  The electrical control system of the battery will be carried out in parallel with the thermal control.
